Amy`s record label wants to give her the best possible conditions so that she can record a worthy successor to smash album Back to Black.
Island Records label has hired three recording studios in London for Amy Winehouse to record her latest album in.
Studios scattered across London
Island Records has spent over 150,000 pounds to provide the best recording conditions for Amy Winehouse, who is currently working on her third studio album. The studios are located in North, East and West London.
- Amy's next record is one of the most eagerly anticipated in pop music so the record label isn't taking any chances - a source close to Amy revealed, gigwise.com writes.
No risks
Although Amy has called round the studio several times and played some new tracks, she has not yet started recording it officially. Some time will have to pass for Amy to collect her thoughts and start creating new hits, Island Records explain.
Hiring three different studios, the record label made sure that Amy would show up in at least one of them during recording sessions. There are many expectations of the new album which will have to be at least half as good as her last one, `Back to Black`, which was sol in millions of copies.
