Britney received her award from the famous designer Karl Lagerfeld, who said she not only rose out of her life problems like a phoenix, but as a bird of paradise.
Spears performed her new song “Womanizer” at the ceremony. This year’s award is given to those artists who in a special way, using their vision and creativity, influenced the German public.
