Pop star Britney Spears will cancel her 'Circus' tour unless her children can accompany her.
The 'Womanizer' singer is reportedly refusing to go on the 33-date tour if her ex-husband Kevin Federline's lawyers continue stopping her from taking their children - Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two - with her.
Britney is so desperate to be near her children she is intending to set up bases for them in New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles so she can visit them in between shows. She will also pay for her ex-husband's accommodation.
It is claimed the singer has further agreed to pay Kevin over $4,000 a week during the tour so he can stay near the children, although his lawyers are reportedly opposed to the plan.
'The Circus Starring Britney Spears' tour is due to kick off in New Orleans, US, on March 3. After shows in North America, Britney is set to perform eight concerts in London, England in June.
