Janet Jackson Postpones More Tour Dates

The New York performance has been provisionally rescheduled for November 1.

The singer had been due to resume her 'Rock Witchu' tour following her recent hospitalisation but has now delayed more shows on the advice of her doctor, including one planned for Thursday (16.10.08) at New York's Madison Square Garden.

Although no announcement has been made about when Janet plans to resume her tour, the New York performance has been provisionally rescheduled for November 1.

Janet had originally planned to take to the stage in Uncasville, Connecticut, on Saturday (11.10.08) but was ordered to rest by medics.

Earlier this month, the 42-year-old 'Together Again' singer was forced to postpone shows in Montreal, Greensboro, Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale after being hospitalised hours before she was due to take the stage in Canada on September 29. She was then advised by doctors to rest until fully recuperated from her illness, the nature of which has not been disclosed.
