Actresses Debi Mazar and Aida Turturro, and former MTV personality Karen Duffy are shopping a syndicated talk show that's being described as a New Jersey take on ABC's "The View," sources say.

Now it appears that the timing with their schedules is right as sources said they are planning to pitch the project as an hourlong strip for fall 2008. The show would focus on practical solutions to issues facing women.

Mazar most recently appeared on HBO's "Entourage" and just wrapped the feature film "The Women." Turturro received her second Emmy nomination this year for her role as Janice Soprano on HBO's "The Sopranos." Duffy recently hosted TLC's "House of Tiny Terrors" and co-hosted Bravo's "Live Earth" coverage in the summer.
