Text
One of the greatest artists of our time and an international music veteran will perform in Zagreb this March.
One of the most influential musicians and songwriters of our time, Leonard Cohen, will perform at a Zagreb Arena on March 15, 2010. For the first time in over five decades of his successful career, Cohen will come closer to the fans in Croatia.
Cohen, who is also called ‘king of sorrow’, is the author of many memorable songs whose music style includes folk music, pop and jazz. This Canadian songwriter and poet, author of 11 albums and numerous literary works, began to write in 1951 and published his first collection of poems in 1956. As the years passed, Cohen became a world famous and recognized musician, while his literary work remained somewhat overshadowed by his extraordinary music career.
