PHOTO: Duffy And Coldplay Up For 4 BRIT Awards

Duffy and Coldplay have four nominations each, including the one for best British album.

Singer Duffy and Coldplay are in the lead when it comes to the number of nominations for the Broth Awards.

They both have four nominations, including the one for best British album. Coldplay is running with their album `Viva la Vida: Dead and all His Friends`, while Duffy with her debut album `Rockferry`.

Kanye West, Beyonce Knowles and Kings of Leon were nominated in the foreign artist category, while the awards will be presented on Wednesday night. Most stars have already come to London`s Earl`s Court for the show.

The awards ceremony will also include performances by U2 and Kings of Leon. British group Pet Shop Boys will receive an award for their contribution to music.

Celebs at the 2009 BRIT Awards include Duffy, Kylie Minogue, Pixie Geldof, Katherine Jenkins, Katy Perry, Estelle, Lionel Richie, Abi Clancy, Taylor Swift, Justin Hawkins, The Ting Tings, Natalie Imbruglia any many more.
