Croatian band Lollobrigida received the Best Adria Act award and joined the competition for the best Euro performer.
After their performance in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, legendary Irish band U2 won the award for the best live performance at this year's MTV Europe Music Awards.
At the same time, Awards ceremony was mostly marked by the singer Beyonce, who won in three categories. Besides getting the best female artist award, she also got rewards for the best song (“Hello”) and the best video (“Single Ladies”).
Eminem received the title of the best male performer, Tokio Hotel got the best band reward, the best rock band title went to Green Day, while the Manga had the best European performance. Lady Gaga has been awarded for the best upcoming star, the best alternative band is Placebo, and Linkin Park was rewarded for the best live performance.
Croatian band Lollobrigida received MTV’s Best Adria Act reward and entered in the competition for the best performer in Europe.
