Sponsored by EU enlargement commissioner Olli Rehn, the exhibition in Brussels features photos of the Croatian capital.
The Berlaymont European Commission building in Brussels has hosted an exhibition of photos from the Croatian capital Zagreb taken by Ivo Pervan.
The opening was attended by European Union expansion commissioner Olli Rehn, head of the Croatian mission with the EU and Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandic, who addressed the audience.
Commissioner Rehn, who is also the sponsor of the exhibition, expressed support to Croatia in its efforts of accessing the elite society of 27 countries, while Zagreb Mayor Bandic invited him to stay in Zagreb.
The exhibition includes 53 photographs with motives of the city and it was organised by the Croatian mission with the EU in co-operation with the Tourist Board of Zagreb. It runs until August 31.
