Angelina has been told to seriously consider never getting pregnant again as it could damage her health.
Angelina Jolie has reportedly been warned not to have another biological child.
The 'Changeling' actress - who gave birth to twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline in July and also raises biological daughter Shiloh and three adopted children with partner Brad Pitt - has been told to seriously consider never getting pregnant again as it could damage her health.
A source told America's OK! magazine: "Her previous pregnancies ended with emergency caesarean sections. She's been told that, at the least, she should not get pregnant for a year after her last delivery, and it would be safer if she did not get pregnant again, ever."
Dr. Larrian Gillespie - who has not treated the 33-year-old actress - explains that as Angelina has a history of health complications when expecting a baby, there is a strong likelihood any future pregnancy would also be problematic.
He said: "Angelina is at risk of having a stroke or heart attack, and because she developed gestational diabetes, there is a high risk she'll have it again, with the child being at risk of also developing diabetes."
Although Angelina has not confirmed she is planning another biological child, she has previously admitted she enjoys being pregnant.
She said: "It makes me feel like a woman. Also, I happen to be with someone who finds pregnancy very sexy."
