Amy Winehouse is set to visit her husband in prison in a bid to stop him filing for divorce.
The ‘Rehab’ singer - who has been romantically linked with 21-year-old actor Josh Bowman and a fitness instructor named Andrew while holidaying in St. Lucia - has applied to see Blake Fielder-Civil and is set to return to the UK any day to save their marriage.
A friend of the 25-year-old star said: “Since he began divorce proceedings Amy has decided she wants to try and work things out. “She has applied to visit him in jail in Britain and if he accepts she will fly back. We will see what his priority is. Amy or her money.”
Blake – who is serving a 27-month sentence for perverting the course of justice and grievous bodily harm - is reportedly planning to ask for half of Amy’s estimated £10 million fortune in a divorce settlement.
Despite being photographed frolicking with Josh on her holiday and reports they frequently romped, Amy has insisted she “still loves” Blake.
She said: “Josh was lovely. But it was a holiday thing. I still love my Blake. While he's locked away, I'm still going to have a good time. He can't do anything about it."
