Anna Nicole’s Death Certificate Made Public

Anna Nicole Smith’s death certificate made it to the public, in which Howard K. Stern is listed only as her partner, not lover of husband.

In the document, Howard K. Stern, Anna’s lawyer and partner, was named “informer of death” and was listed as the official executor in the certificate. 

It is interesting that he did not declare himself as Anna’s husband, boyfriend or lover. Broward County Office of Vital Statistics confirmed that they did not want to give him any of the said titles without his personal request.

The education data also confirm Anna’s low degree of education.

Anna, 39, was found dead on February 8 in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood.
