Canadian pop singer Avril Lavigne bought a house worth 9.5 million dollars.

Canadian pop singer Avril Lavigne (22) bought a house worth 9.5 million dollars in Bel-Air, Los Angeles` elite part.

The three-story house, in which Lavigne will live with her husband, “Sum 41” frontman Deryck Whibley, has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Among other conveniences, the house is equipped with an elevator and a garage space for ten cars.

Popular Lavigne will release her third album next week.
