The organiser of this four-day festival is the Association for promotion of visual culture of Ljubljana, where the event will take place.
All artists of good will are welcome from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Turkey.
