The 25-year old singer has also embarked on a gruelling weight-training regime.
The Girls Aloud singer wants to bulk up her tiny figure in time for her 10-day trek to the top of Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro for British charity Comic Relief in March.
Cheryl is believed to be eating a fried breakfast, chips, hamburgers, cake, doughnuts and chocolate bars every day, in a diet devised by her soccer star husband Ashley Cole’s trainers.
A source said: “While most girls would dread the thought of getting bigger, Cheryl can't wait to spoil herself with her favourite treats. But she's really looking forward to it as she knows she needs to be fit as possible. “She's a young girl trying to keep up with other climbers like Take That
singer Gary Barlow. So she's getting bigger herself so she can give it her all.”
The 25-year old singer has also embarked on a gruelling weight-training regime.
She said: “I don’t know about anybody else but I’ve got blisters on every toe of both feet. We are used to getting in good shape when we are on tour. The dancing really keeps us fit but this is totally different.
“I sent my friend a text message the other night after a 12-mile walk on the treadmill. When I went to bed I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to get up in the morning.”
