Jennifer filed a lawsuit against her former husband who wants to publish their ‘home porno’. Judge temporarily banned the disputed video.
Judge James Chalfant from the Supreme Court of Los Angeles saved Jennifer Lopez by prohibiting her former husband from publishing their home porno.
According to the American tabloid, the judge ordered the preliminary prohibition of the controversial video which Jennifer’s former husband, Ojani Noa, insists on publishing.
Jennifer Lopez sued him in November and sought a compensation of ten million dollars. In her complaint Lopez argues that Noa violated the terms of their divorce, namely, the signed privacy agreement.
Judge Chalfant issued a temporary ban of the disputed video and this ban will last until the end of the trial.
