Croatian-Austrian culture and friendship days are opened in Salzburg on Saturday´s evening under the name of ˝Culture connects˝
Croatian-Austrian culture and friendship days are opened in Salzburg on Saturday´s evening under the name of ˝Culture connects˝ and it will lasts till the ond of current year.
The exhibition of Croatian crafts in Salzburg´s Institution for preserving the folk-customs is opened on Saturday (till May, 31), and opening programme included folk ensamble Lindo from Dubrovnik, folk group ˝Croatian Home˝ from Linz, etno-orchestra ˝Vilingora˝ from Zagreb and Austrian folk group ˝D´eglseer˝ from Elsbechen.
Just before that event the meeting of representatives of Salzburg City and Dubrovnik delegation was held at the State parliament of Salzburg, where the wish for fraternizaton of those two cultural centres of Croatia and Austria – Salzburg and Dubrovnik – is experessed due to the strenghtning of cultural and economic relations.
Organizaton of Croatian-Austrian culture and friendship days, as part of which numerous events will be held, signs the Croatian cultural association ˝Croatian Dream˝, Salzburg association Volkskultur and Institution for preserving Austrian folk-customs ˝Heimatwerk˝ from Salzburg.
