Dancing For The Perfect Body And Curves

Text

All women and girls want to have perfect bodies by the summer, so why not achieve that with dance?

The range of different kinds of dance you could do keeps growing bigger in the city. Dance is excellent, both for the body and for the soul and, naturally, for social life.

Some dances, for instance, Latin American ones, are danced in pairs. It does not have to be your husband, boyfriend, friend. You just need to show up at a private school and a partner will turn up sooner or later.

The popularity of this kind of dance was boosted by the TV show Dancing with the Stars, so dance schools are nearly overbooked.

During the standard three-month course, you will learn, among other things, the samba, cha cha cha, English and Vienna waltz, foxtrot, tango, salsa and, of course, the disco fox, better known as the two-step.

Today it is a matter of culture that, when you appear at a party or a social gathering, you know how to dance, i.e. to move to the rhythm of the music.

This kind of dance is good for the whole body. Women are advised to dance in high heel shoes because it is certain that they will not show up at a ball or social event wearing sneakers. In this way, your leg muscles automatically contract. Considering that you are dancing in a pair, your arms should not be limp either, but you have to hold them up in a regular shape. To do that properly, you have to stand upright and, for that, you need your back and stomach muscles.

Basically, your whole body is tense and in motion.

You may even like it so much that you continue to do it professionally, because dance knows no age limits.

BELLY DANCE

Belly dance has also become increasingly popular lately. The repetitive hip movements that are typical of belly dance "force" the lower back and hip area to perform gentle and pleasant movements, which contributes to better circulation of the sinovial liquid, which serves to "grease" the joints.

Other than releasing tension in the spine, abdominal muscles also grow stronger and the dance improves your posture, circulation, and digestion.

The movements are quite natural, feminine, and elegant and a woman feels sensual and free. It is a way for women with low self-esteem to start to appreciate their body, their curves, more.

Depending on the intensity of your dance, you can burn about 300 calories in an hour and, with proper diet, you can also lose excess kilograms.

THE S FACTOR

Women are sensual beings by nature. Our breasts stand out, our bottoms stick out, our hips are rounded, but we still try to conceal this.

The S Factor is an original workout, inspired by the pole dance. By uniting yoga, fitness, and dance, you shape your body and make it firmer, more supple, and reduce body weight and boost the energy level.

This form of exercise was conceived by American actress Sheila Kelley when she was preparing for the role of a stripper in the movie "Dancing at the Blue Iguana".

The letter S is the natural shape of the curve of a woman's body: S for sensual, S for sexy, S for strength, S for self-confidence.

The S Factor is a guide to finding your alter ego. The movements stimulate what is true and real inside you, they bring to surface the innate sensuality which you keep concealing.

It is important to stress that, along with doing the exercises in the right way, you must also breathe properly because a bigger supply of oxygen in the cells increases the elasticity of the body.

It is important that you choose what suits you best because that is what will make you feel best and achieve the best results.
