Elton John urgently hospitalized

Because of impaired health Elton John had to cancel numerous concerts, but his spokesman says that he would soon return to the stage.

Singer Elton John was urgently transferred to a London hospital, King Edward VII, due to very high fever and attacks of Escherichia coli. Due to impaired health, 62-year-old had to cancel numerous concerts, including the ones in Dublin, London, Liverpool, and in America.

'Everything is OK'

- The singer is slowly recovering from serious fever that was followed by minor complications. We are convinced that he will return to the stage in the near future - Elton’s spokesman said for the Daily Mail. Elton’s husband, David Furnish, confirmed this by saying that he was 'all right'. After hearing that the singer is fine, concerts promoters eagerly wait on announcement of new concert dates.
