A rock concert attended by 80,000 young people is the right place to promote safe sex, think the Dutch Health Services.
Those attending the huge rock concert in Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands, will have the opportunity to see an unusual sight -- a 40 metre balloon in the shape of a condom.
The balloon has the words "Vrij Veilig" written on it, which means "safe intercourse" in Dutch and the people who ordered the attractive feature were the Dutch Health Services (GGD).
GGD director Laurent de Vries said that about 80,000 young people would attend the event, which is halfway between a biker meeting and a rock concert, and that this was the right place to promote responsible attitude toward one's sex life.
During the concert, medical staff will be distributing informative leaflets and condoms, added de Vries.
