She put on over 40 pounds in 2006, planning to land a role in a film, but she didn`t get it in the end.
US singer Janet Jackson (41) is planning to write a book on her struggle with extra pounds, People magazine writes.
In the book, which is still not titled, the singer will describe her “temptations with loosing and gaining weight”, as well as offer advice on how to maintain normal body weight,
She put on over 40 pounds in 2006, planning to land a role in a film, but she didn`t get it in the end.
During this period, she says, she avoided mirrors after which she decided on a strict diet.
