The queen of pop solves the pain by bathing in cold water and using acupuncture.
Pain caused by the multi-hour concerts the queen of pop, Madonna, resolves by swimming in the cold water. Namely, in an interview with Rolling Stone, the singer revealed that her concert performances are followed by a long relaxation routine consisting of sitting in a bathtub filled with icy water.
Such a regime, she added, helps her ease the pain that comes after a long-term intensive training, and complex dance choreographies performed in high heels.
- I stretch my joints prior to each performance, but I also subject them to different treatments and therapies. I am currently bearing the consequences of years of performing in high heels, which is certainly not good for the knees. All dancers get hurt, but somehow they all get over it, especially thanks to acupuncture and therapy. This allows us to continue to work - said Madonna.
