Madonna - who no longer has a close relationship with Christopher - will not be involved in the project.
Christopher Ciccone has signed a deal with publishers Simon and Schuster and will be working with Wendy Leigh, who's responsible for writing biographies on Liza Minnelli, Grace Kelly and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
'Living With My Sister Madonna' will chronicle Christopher's 47-year relationship with the 'Material Girl' singer and will have an initial print run of 350,000 copies.
Madonna - who no longer has a close relationship with Christopher - will not be involved in the project. Her spokesperson Liz Rosenberg said: "Madonna has not cooperated with any biography about herself."
Christopher has worked with Madonna, 49, before. In 1991, he was involved in her documentary 'Madonna: Truth or Dare' and designed and directed her 'Girlie Show' world tour in 1993.
Madonna is not the first celebrity to have a family member write a revealing book about them.
Jennifer Aniston famously fell out with her mother Nancy after she published a book about her famous daughter, while soccer star David Beckham was furious when his father Ted revealed family secrets in his tell-all memoir.
