The 22-year-old actress will also agree to a three-year unsupervised probationary period.
The 'O.C.' star - who was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles on December 27 after weaving through two lanes of traffic - will plead no contest to the case in a Beverly Hills court on Thursday (10.04.08), a source has revealed.
The 22-year-old actress will also agree to a three-year unsupervised probationary period. In addition, she will be sentenced to a three-month alcohol education class and have to pay an estimated fine of $1,700.
Mischa's further charge of marijuana possession is expected to be dropped because only a small amount of the drug was found at the scene of the crime. Her other charge of driving without a valid license will be reduced in the deal which is being negotiated by her lawyer Anthony V. Salerno.
Speaking about her arrest in January, Mischa said: "Obviously I'm 100 per cent responsible for my actions in this case. I'm really disappointed in myself. I don't know what to say about it, except that I'm not perfect, and I just don't ever intend to do something this stupid again."
