Ashley`s changed appearance posed such a problem for `High School Musical 3: Senior Year` producers, they are rewriting the script.
'High School Musical' star Ashley Tisdale has ruled out having more plastic surgery in the future.
The 22-year-old actress - who had a nose job last November to correct a deviated septum and smooth out two bumps stemming from a past fracture - dismissed reports of further procedures saying she is not planning to go under the knife again.
She told People magazine: "People are saying I had another nose job and I did not. That's ridiculous. I was away in New Zealand filming a movie called 'They Came From Upstairs' and so people think I went away to have more work done. But I didn't.
"It's ridiculous. I'm not for plastic surgery. I'm not going to get another surgery. I can promise you that."
Ashley's noticeably changed appearance posed such a problem for 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' producers, they are rewriting the script of the Disney film. A movie insider said: "Ashley's appearance has been so dramatically altered, producers want to include the surgery in the storyline for 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' to explain her character Sharpay Evans' new look."
Ashley recently started filming 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' in Utah alongside co-stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
