The famous inheritor of the hotel chain showed up a Hollywood party in a décolleté shirt from which her huge chest was showing.

Paris Hilton has a new and larger chest. That aroused suspicion that she had plastic surgery.

All of the guests looked at her breasts confused and asked Paris if she had visited a plastic surgeon, or a very strong push up bra was in question.
