Whilst riding a skateboard, Matthew used a wooden stick to push himself along, probably exercising his arms in doing so.

The actor Matthew McConaughey will invest any sort of recreation only to make sure that his body is in top form. He is known to the photographers for riding the waves, but because colder weather is at hand, he had to start some other sports on land.

A week ago he was seen at the beach running with his dog, and in recent days he has been seen riding his skateboard in front of his house. Whilst he was riding an ordinary skateboard, even though he can afford a more expensive one, Matthew used a wooden stick, which also has wheels on it, to push himself along, probably to exercise his arms.

The actor, best known for the films “The Wedding Planner” and “Sahara”, as well as for being high on the list of the most sexy men, became the proud father of Levi Alves when his girlfriend, the Brazilian model Camila Alves, gave birth to a son, which Matthew attended.

Even though he was happy to take the role of a father, the actor is still high on the sexiest men list in People magazine. He is also known by the nickname “Bongo Drummer” because his neighbours have caught him numerous times banging on the bongo naked in his backyard.
