Rachel is expected to leave New York with her fiance, director Darren Aronofsky and their two-year-old son Henry later this month.
The British actress - who has lived in the US for five years - has reportedly splashed out on a £3.5 million mansion in Primrose Hill, North London.
Rachel, 37, is expected to leave New York with her fiance, director Darren Aronofsky and their two-year-old son Henry later this month.
A friend of Rachel’s is quoted as saying: “Rachel is really excited about her move back to Britain, she feels it’s the right time. She initially moved to New York for work and to be close to Darren, who is a native of the city, but they have decided to live in London where Rachel was born.”
The ‘Constant Gardener’ star recently revealed she had been missing British culture since relocating to America. She said: “It’s a relief to speak to English people. It’s a very different culture.”
Rachel is currently in Malta shooting historical drama ‘Agora’ opposite Max Minghella - the son of late British film director Anthony Minghella.
Set in Roman Egypt in 4AD, 'Agora' follows the story of Hypatia fighting to save the ancient world's wisdom in an age of religious unrest.
