R&B singer Rihanna began a third week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart Thursday with Umbrella.

R&B singer Rihanna began a third week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart Thursday with "Umbrella," while hip-hop trio Shop Boyz' "Party Like a Rockstar" logged a third week at No. 2.

The next three slots on the chart also remained unchanged over last week: T-Pain's "Buy a Drank (Shawty Snappin')" at No. 3, Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry" at No. 4 and Maroon 5's "Makes Me Wonder" at No. 5.

Pop band Plain White T's soared 10 places to No. 6 with "Hey There Delilah," while Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" slipped one to No. 7. Justin Timberlake's "Summer Love" held steady at No. 8, as did Huey's "Pop, Lock & Drop It" at No. 9. Amy Winehouse's "Rehab" rocketed 38 places to No. 10.

New entrants included "Nobody's Perfect" from "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus at No. 28, Rihanna's "Shut Up and Drive" at No. 88, Rodney Atkins' "These Are My People" at No. 94, Hurricane Chris' "A Bay Bay" at No. 95, Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" at No. 97 and Kellie Pickler's "I Wonder" at No. 100.
