The police have said they will bring up charges against Chris Brown on March 5.
The Los Angeles District Attorney is still collecting evidence to finalise the case. They are planning to charge Brown for domestic violence, assault which resulted in grievous bodily harm and attempted murder.
On the night of the incident Brown threatened to kill Rihanna, after which he proceeded to strangle her until she lost consciousness, says a police report explaining why they will be charging Brown for attempted murder, celebrity-gossip.net reported.
