‘CLASSY’ LETTER
OCTOBER 29 2009 16:00h
Text
Governor of California’s office says that alignmnet of letters, which spell f-word, was a pure coincidence.
Letter from Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, sent to a democratic MP sparked a series of entertaining comments from the U.S. press which seems to be convinced that it contained a cuss word intended for the recipient of the letter.
Tom Ammian, Democratic representative in Parliament and gay activist who sought additional funds for the San Francisco port, received a written response from the former “Terminator” in which Governor supposedly encrypted an insult.
To be precise, it appears that the first letters of each line form a vertical phrase that says “f…. you”.
Schwarzenegger spokesman, Aaron McLear, said that this was only a strange coincidence.
- Every year, we write hundreds of letters and this is a mere coincidence, nothing more - McLear said.
