Sharon Osbourne is unhappy with her body but even with the help of a personal trainer she is unable to motivate herself into exercising.

The TV star - who has children Aimee, Kelly and Jack with her husband Ozzy Osbourne - is currently unhappy with her weight but can't motivate herself to do anything about it.

She said: "I'm not very f***ing happy with my body. I've had this 25lbs I've been carrying around for the last three years, and I keep saying, 'Tomorrow, tomorrow.' I've got a trainer - she comes to my home, I give her a book, she watches TV and I sit on the phone. It's pathetic."

Despite her own weight worries, Sharon would never advise her children - Aimee, 26, Kelly, 25, and 24-year-old Jack - on their eating habits.

She said: "I never give them advice about weight and diets. I know how hard it is. I know my girls aren't blind, so they know what's what.

I never want to be one of those mothers who tell their kids what they can and cannot eat."

Sharon credits their acceptance with one another's problems as the key to making her marriage with Ozzy work so well.

She said: "I was just lucky that I found my soulmate and I stuck with him. We've all got problems. I overeat, Ozzy's got an addiction to drugs and alcohol. It's about acceptance and being satisfied with what you have."
