The singer has apologized to fans and says she's embarrassed by the shots that were taken by celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz. The Disney Channel, which airs Hannah Montana, backed up the rising star, saying in a statement that "a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines."
