The investigation is being conducted in all directions, everything is checked, anything can be important, police chief’s office head said.

ZAGREB, CROATIA - - Even though it is the weekend, the search for the killer of Ivana Hodak continues at the same pace as in the past six days – the head of the Croatian police director’s office, Dubravko Novak, told us. He said the police are verifying any lead they get, so people will be arriving for questioning at the police station on Saturday.

- So far we have questioned some 260 people from various backgrounds. The investigation is conducted in all directions, everything we learn is being checked, even the smallest thing. Anything can be important, so we are working full speed – Novak said.

Ivana Hodak, who was killed on Monday morning in front of her home with two shots in the head, was buried at the Mirogoj cemetery on Friday. Several thousand people who knew and loved her said their last farewells.

Despite the fact that police are working full speed, as Novak said, there are no suspects in Ivana Hodak’s murder yet.

Although the street where Ivana was killed has many CCTV cameras and witnesses saw a man in his 30’s dressed in a grey jacket running towards Zagreb’s main square, police have not yet issued a composite photo of the killer.
