Real estate prices in Dubrovnik reach dizzy amounts. A squared metre in the walls is 15,454 euro.
Coastal real estate sale never was more profitable than now. Unknown buyer purchased an apartment of 44 squared metres for 680,000 euro, therefore, simple calculus gives us the amount of 15,454 euro per squared metre.
This is the highest recorded “square” price of housing space on the Croatian coast.
Is it the apartment or the location that costs this much, it is unnecessary to discuss. The apartment is on the very Dubrovnik city walls with a view to open sea and the beautiful island Lokrum, the Slobodna Dalmacija daily writes.
