Ivica Halar, Karlovac 112 County Centre commissioner, claims the information was forwarded to the police right away, which they denied.
Nine days before Zdravko Martinovic was hurt, 112 County Centre of State administration for protection and rescue received a report of ammonium stench, not far from the Karlovacka brewery, the Cropress.com writes.
Ivica Halar, Karlovac 112 County Centre commissioner, claims the information was forwarded to the police right away, which they decidedly deny. Darko Spoljaric notified the 112 Centre of ammonium stench, and he works as a technician for the Public Health Institute of Karlovac county.
His colleagues listened to the call, because Spoljaric was calling from the Institute`s official telephone.
There is a transcript of Dario Spoljaric`s report with the 112 Centre. Spokesperson Nikola Gace of the public relations office told Spoljaric to submit a written request about the occurrence, which would be replied to within 15 days.
