Bandic about kindergarten: It should all be clear to those with IQ over 0.5

During his regular tour around the city locations under construction, Milan Bandic refused to reply to the question from the new-reporters about kindergarten situation. He said he didn’t have anything else to add about that matter.

- It should all be clear to those with IQ over 0.50 – said the Mayor. His new system of kindergarten price caused the real confusion among the parents of preschool children. In order to remind, this Monday the parents received the payment slip for July with new ‘’advance’’ charge where the prices were formed according to domestic income. As Bandic proposed, the parents have to pay from zero to 2000 HRK, depending of their domestic income instead of 200 and 400 HRK for the nursery and kindergartens. The City Assembly didn’t support this decision and they are still asking parents to pay the nursery and kindergarten according to the old price list.

The Mayor used this opportunity to ask the news-reporters not to attack his project of solidarity and social justice. He claims that those who make a bare subsistence living will pay for this project.
