Because Of Horvatincic GUP Will Change

In two years new GUP will be made which will enable construction of Lifestyle centre for Hoto group. It is not possible with the current one

By the beginning of 2009, the new General Urban Plan (GUP) will have been made, which will clearly define zones where something may or may not be constructed.

The new GUP will have a set of rules and regulations in which the relationship towards the historic core would be defined, and the Zagreb Lower Town blocks would especially be represented.

President of the Zagreb Architects` Association Hrvoje Hrabak said he does not exclude the possibility of the new GUP enabling investor Tomo Horvatincic the construction of Lifestyle centre at Cvjetni square, which, according to the current GUP is not possible, the Jutarnji list daily reports.
