Cacic: HEP shouldn't be defended...

HEP shouldn't be defended. They have earned every critic. Otherwise, the director of HEP wouldn't have confessed thievery and payments to HDZ funds. There was a thievery  under cover of public procurement , and at the same time, it was an alibi for the investments not to be proceeded on the regular bases. We have ordered everyone to stop using public procurement in illegal way and to start acting according to the law. The public procurement was exploited and corruption was hiding underneath - said the Government vice president and the minister of economy Radimir Cacic. He visited Karlovac where he discussed economic recovery of Croatia and some recent activity of the Government that was criticized among public.

For example, there were critics on replacement of public services' administrations.

- Public companies increased salaries for three percent. Administrations of public companies were arranged by HDZ authority. Every administration has been replaced in March. So every result can be measured from the 1st of April. It is hard to expect that this Government will take responsibility for the former government activity. As you have noticed,  there was a strong attack on the Government for the administrations that have been replaced. Now you can see why they should have been replaced. This kind of policy and such behavior our society and citizens of this country can't bear up anymore - Cacic said.
