City Co-Finances Victory Day Celebration in Knin

The city government approved the payment of funds in the amount of 40,000 kunas for the costs of celebration of Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day, and the anniversary of the military and police Operation Storm. 

Those attending the celebration, which traditionally takes place in Knin, included highest state officials, representatives of legislative, executive and judiciary branches of government, representatives of the Church, members of the Croatian Army and police, soldiers who participated in Operation Storm and many other guests and citizens. 

Cultural, sports and other events were organized and the Croatian Radio Television choir gave the traditional performance in the evening hours.
