With the County Court`s decision, the process against the Frenchman is now under the jurisdiction of the Croatian Supreme Court.
DUBROVNIK, CROATIA – The Dubrovnik County Court has dropped charges and ended the process against Frenchman Jacques A. Courreau, the court informs.
The County State Attorney`s Office in Dubrovnik charged 73-year-old Jacques A. Courreau of administering a blow to his son Robin Roland`s head with the intention of killing him on December 13, 2008. Roland Courreau died several hours later at the Dubrovnik General Hospital. The charged father was released from custody on March 11 with a 50,000 euro bail.
With the County Court`s decision, the process against the Frenchman is now under the jurisdiction of the Croatian Supreme Court.
