Spokesperson of the Croatian cabinet said all documents were submitted to The Hague-
The Croatian government is completely co-operating with The Hague Tribunal and all documents it disposed with and which the Prosecution requested in the process against three Croatian generals were submitted to The Hague Tribunal, said the spokesperson of the Croatian cabinet Vlatko Mehun, dismissing the accusations of chief Hague prosecutor.
- The Croatian cabinet is completely co-operating with The Hague Tribunal. All documents the cabinet disposed with were submitted to The Hague – Mehun said. He added that those documents which do not exist could not have been delivered to the ICTY.
Chief prosecutor of The Hague Tribunal Serge Bremmertz said in an interview ofr the Vecernji list daily that it was not likely that key documents on the Croatian military and police liberation operation “Storm”, which the ICTY prosecution has requested a year and a half ago, went missing, but were intentionally removed or hidden.
The ICTY prosecution requested supposed documents referring to the actions of the artillery and special police during the Croatian military and police liberation operation “Storm”.
