The Croatian National Bank (HNB) Council held a regular meeting on Wednesday, discussing the latest monetary and economic indicators, reports on the central bank's financial operations in the first half of the year, and a report on the situation in the banking sector in this year's second quarter, the HNB said in a statement, adding that foreign reserves had gone up again this year.
At the end of June, foreign reserves totalled EUR 11.6 billion, up HRK 440 million from the end of 2011. Their net value was EUR 10.4 billion, up EUR 399 million from the end of December. (Hina)
