A secret dinner was organised for right-wing politicians, attended by Miroslav Tudjman, Zdravko Tomac, Josip Jurcevic etc.
ZAGREB, CROATIA – The doors of Zagreb`s Marijino zvono restaurant closed earlier than usual for guests, because, according to our information, a secret informal meeting of right-wing Croatian politicians was supposed to be held.
A pleasant dinner was organised to discuss the future right-wing candidate for the presidential post,
we are unofficially informed. The guests included Miroslav Tudjman, son of the first Croatian president Franjo Tudjman, who does not hide his ambitions of running as [current Croatian President Stjepan] Mesic`s successor, Zdravko Tomac and Josip Jurcevic. Drazen Budisa announced his arrival, but failed to show up.
Zdravko Tomac revealed the dinner was in fact just old friends socialising, including many young people and defenders.
- We met at dinner, we even had a good meal. We talked about how to improve the current situation to make things better for all of us. This was nothing organised. If we plan, organise and propose something, the media will surely be informed – Zdravko Tomac told us.
