- HSLS doesn’t support the statements of the representative Jovanovic. We are against lifting his immunity because of a verbal conflict which would return us 20 years in reverse. With that decision HDZ would take us back to communism – said the president of HSLS Darinko Kosor at the presentation of the election economy program in Cakovec.
He also commented the law about futility, which in his opinion won’t solve anything because that problem should be solved with the bilateral relationships between Croatia and Serbia.
- We are very proud that our economy program has been evaluated as the best one, from the media, independent experts, entrepreneurs and the citizens. We are focusing on the main problem that the citizens have, and that is unemployment. We built a program that gives hope that, in two years, Croatia won’t end up like Greece. Unfortunately, the programs of HDZ and the left coalition are leading us into the Greece scenario because, clearly, they are saying that nothing will change after the elections. I am convinced that most of the people in Croatia are aware that there won’t be any recovery without changing the politics – said Kosor.
The president of HSLS, Josip Grivec said that the party from the third electorate has always had good election results, especially in the Medjimurje and Varazdin County.
- The political scene doesn’t favor us, ‘’the centre parties’’, but we will do anything to place as many of our people as we can in the parliament – as Josip Grivec pointed out.
The election list hasn’t been assembled yet, but the holder of every list will be Darinko Kosor.
