Fell from the tractor and got run over

Nephew,B.M., did not even notice when his tractor drove over the late uncle’s body.

A tragedy struck the town of Gusakovec, in the municipality of Upper Stubica, where a 57-year-old Ivan B. was killed after a 29-year-old nephew hit him with a tractor. As we learn, the tragedy happened on Saturday around 6:20 pm while the two men worked on the tractor.

According to initial information, Ivan was killed after he fell off the vehicle and after tractor, driven by his nephew B.M., crossed over him. A further investigation should reveal details of the event and how exactly Ivan fell off the vehicle.

The investigating judge who came to the scene ordered the autopsy of the body, while the nephew was subjected to alcohol testing. According to unofficial information, nephew did not even notice when the tractor crossed over Ivan B’s body.
