The council of the County court Rijeka confirmed USKOK's accusation against three inspectors from Rijeka State inspectorate, Biserka Gregorovic, Marko Gasparov and Bojan Kupresanin, as well as the chief of administrative offices Nevija Miscak and Zeljka Markovic, the chief director of department for office buildings of the city of Rijeka, and the painter Klas Grdic.
They are charged for position and authority abuse, bribery and illegal mediation. Zeljka Markovic, who was an important associate of the minister Slavko Linic while Linic was a mayor, is charged for setting up tenders. She was bribed by B. Gregorovic and Grdic in favor of her services.
