Glavas sues Faber and two policemen for influencing a witness into giving false statements. Attorney Drazen Matijevic filed the suit.
Matijevic and Glavas based their charges on statements of a witness who said that Vladimir Faber, Dinko Piric and Vjeko Tapsanji, police officers, insisted on giving a false statement in proceedings against Glavas. The trio offered him money for immigrating to Australia in return.
-Since I was in very bad health, my lawyer filed the criminal charges as a civilian who is obliged to notify about a felony which officially prosecuted – Glavas sent a message through his attorney.
