Gotovina Trial Postponed Until Further Notice

Text

The Hague Tribunal announced its decision in writing to postpone the trial of three Croatian generals “until further notice”.

Little over two weeks after pre-discussion judge Bakone Justice Moloto announced orally the postponement of the commencement of The Hague trial to three Croatian generals Ante Gotovina, Ivan Cermak and Mladen Markac, The Hague Tribunal announced on Friday, in writing, its decision on the trial`s postponement “until further notice”.

Judge Moloto announced the trial`s postponement at the pre-discussion hearing at the beginning of April due to a line of unsolved matters, among which is the issue of attorney Miroslav Separovic remaining on the case, who is representing general Markac; and Cedo Prodanovic and Jadranka Slokovic who are representing general Cermak. They were excluded from the case due to a conflict of interests, and an appeal to this decision is underway.

Judge Moloto then said that the postponement of the commencement of trial “will not be long” and the written decision states that it is postponed “until further notice”.

Originally, commencement of trial was scheduled for May 7. Three Croatian generals are charged b The Hague Tribunal with crimes committed during the “Oluja” operation.

Crimes of Hague Tribunal
Only crimes committed are crimes of Hague Tribunal. Fu*k Serbian murderers and 'elites' who thought they were taking care of the problem. Fu*k 'elites' objectives annunciated in the memorandum attained, Milosevic will declare the war is over. His reward—the Nobel Peace Prize and Fu*k Croatian Judas traitors rather than printing stories about Croatian victims the media printing stories how the Serbs murderers will be inconvenienced. I truly believe that those who don't speak up they condone and betray there country.
