Although Croatian General Ante Gotovina has been in prison for a year now, his “helpers” still cannot enter EU countries.
Zeljko Bagic, Zeljko Dilber, Ante Zoni Maksan, Hrvoje Petrac and Ljubo Cesic Rojs still, as the abetters of Ante Gotovina`s escape cannot enter any European Union country, although Gotovina has been caught and has been behind bars for a year now.
In order for this to be solved, the government must start the procedure at least 30 days before the expiration date of March 16. If this does not happen, the ban probably automatically remains.
-The government is the one that needs to decide for whom from the black list can it vouch with the EU, which can still leave the ban because it has the discretion right to do so, but then at least the men from the black list will know the country is taking care of them- said someone from the list to the Vecernji list daily.
